Every order is processed within 1–3 business days. Weekend orders start the next business day.

Carrier delivery
Standard delivery takes 10–23 business days end to end. Expedited is 9–15. We prepay all duties, so nothing is owed on arrival.

Changed your mind or the tool arrived damaged? Email us within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are free and usually need no return.
We publish the real window rather than a nicer one. Orders ship from distributed fulfillment centers, which is why delivery is measured in weeks instead of days, and why we can price a mower at .

Common questions
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on every product with no minimum order, to all 50 US states. Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an extra charge. We do not ship internationally.
How long will delivery take?
Processing takes 1–3 business days, then standard delivery runs about 9–20 business days, for roughly 10–23 business days in total. Expedited totals 9–15 business days. Alaska, Hawaii and rural addresses can take longer. These are estimates, not guarantees.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
No. Any duties on international-origin shipments are prepaid by us, so nothing is owed on delivery.
What is the return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery. There are no restocking fees, processing fees or return shipping fees. Email seese@seesetools.store with your order number and we reply within 1–2 business days.
Do I have to ship the item back?
Often no. For damaged, defective or incorrect items we usually refund or replace without a return, and you keep the original. If a return is needed we send a prepaid label. Never ship a lithium battery back, as batteries are regulated hazardous materials and we resolve those claims without a return.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, for a full refund before the order enters fulfillment, typically within 12 hours of purchase. Email us straight away.
